Positive: Propre et fonctionnel, proche du centre.

A great, modern apartment in the heart of Montreal. Positive: Everything was clean and modern and well decorated. The beds were comfortable, and the location was excellent. Negative: There was no door on the second room, so it wasn't private. There is only one air conditioner, so we had to leave the door open in the bedroom that had a door in order to be able to sleep at night. I didn't notice that the parking was off-site at an extra cost, but the location up the street was safe and quite reasonable.

Excellent! Positive: Emplacement parfait pour parcourir le quartier. Stationnement juste à côté. Appartement très propre. Literie dans les chambres confortable. Ascenseur. Proximité avec le parc, le métro, restos, bar... Negative: Le matelas du divan-lit est d'un inconfort pas possible. Oubliez-le comme option. Manque des coupes à vin et quelques crochets pour suspendre les serviettes.

Positive: Overall, we are satisfied with the apartment. It is very quiet. The two bedrooms and the beds are perfect and very comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped and has all the necessary utensils. The washing machine and dryer worked perfectly and detergent was provided. There were plenty of good-quality towels. Dishwasher tablets were also provided. The cooktop works very well, as does the oven. The area is very quiet, and we were very close to the library just across the building, as well as UQAM and the metro station. Negative: We did not meet the owners at any time, neither on arrival nor at departure. Access was via a door code. It was not possible to sleep on the sofa, as the mattress is not comfortable at all. Kitchen: several items were not clean upon our arrival (saucepan, cooktop, toaster). A tablecloth and a second dish towel are also missing, and the dishwashing sponge should be replaced. There was an odor from an electric air freshener, which was unpleasant and potentially irritating. The front door is not properly adjusted and lets in air. One of the dressers has a broken drawer knob and contained dust, a cotton swab, and a candy wrapper. The floor was also quite dusty.

Positive: Conforme aux photos, bien aménagé, tout pour cuisiner. Séjour agréable
