Positive: Petit déjeuner nous l’avons organisé nous mêmes. Logement très agréable. Chambre super et lit super confortable rien a redire. Negative: Un peu plus de cintre dans les armoires des chambres. Une brosse de toilette supplémentaire soit 1 au toilette du haut et 1 dans la salle de bain (il n’y en avait qu’une dans la salle de bain du bas) Ça serait un plus si il y avait une moustiquaire dans la chambre du bas à droite. Et peut être un peu plus de vaisselle car logement pour 7 mais bien 7 couverts et peut être aussi un ou deux saladiers. Voilà autrement tout était parfait.

Modern apartment steps away from the metro station and within walking distance of sights of interest Positive: This spacious, modern apartment provided our broader family of 5 with everything we needed. The fully equipped kitchen enabled us to prepare meals; we were especially grateful for the filtered, cool water and the complimentary coffee pods. The two bedrooms are equipped with comfortable king-size beds, and the living room has a spacious, pull-out sofa that provides a great third bed. We were very satisfied with the cleanliness, and having a laundry is a huge positive as well. The 1.5 bathrooms worked very well for us. The host's instructions were beneficial in finding the building, entering the apartment, and finding a parking space. We did not hear anything from the neighbouring apartments, despite some reviews here saying otherwise. The best part is being able to walk to almost anywhere from this location. We purchased 3-day metro tickets, but only used them twice since the location is easily walkable, allowing us to explore many sights of interest. We walked to Chinatown, Old Montreal, Little Portugal, to Notre Dame, to the Museum of Archeology and History, and many more. Square Saint-Louis is a gorgeous spot, don't miss it! We would definitely return! Negative: We experienced a few minor inconveniences during our stay: - The heatwave made it hard for the upstairs A/C to cool the lower-level bedrooms, though those rooms were naturally cooler. - Construction at the back meant early morning noise from workers parking near our windows. - Due to roadwork on Rue Saint-Hubert, unloading luggage took some improvisation—parking on the closed side seemed to work best. - One night, a 3 a.m. fire alarm (likely caused by a guest smoking) had us outside in pyjamas for half an hour. Thankfully, the alarm system and fire department were impressively responsive.

Beautiful and clean place to stay. Close to Meteo, close to parking and very responsive property manager. Positive: Clean and beautiful interior. Philipp was very responsive to our questions. Negative: Ongoing construction of sidewalk during our stay. Walls were thin - can hear the upstairs neighbors talking at 1am.

Great stay, good location and nice facilities Positive: Perfect location nice & handy for sight seeing, close to shops and transport. Negative: Ironing board & iron would have been nice

A découvrir.... Positive: Appartement très propre, très bien équipé, rien ne manque, vaisselle, four, micro ondes, grille-pain, bouilloire, cafetière.... Calme, situation impeccable pour visiter la ville. Linge très propre. 6 personnes sans problème, c'est suffisamment grand. Negative: Quelques marches pour entrer dans l'immeuble, l'escalier dans l'appartement pour descendre aux chambres. Il n'y a pas 2 sdb, mais 1 sdb complète (baignoire, lavabo, wc) et 1 cabinet de toilette (lavabo, wc) pour 6 adultes c'est compliqué le matin.
