Luxurious DownTown Suite

Great location to get to most of Montreal sites Positive: We had just departed a cruise and wanted to spend a little extra time in Montreal. This suite is very near the UQAM, and near the public transit stops. Owner was flexible with our earlier arrival (slight mixup, but quickly resolved). The beds were very comfortable, bath and shower were spotless, and the kitchen had all the amenities. Some of the surrounding neighborhood is a bit sketchy while walking to/from restaurants and transit, but we never felt unsafe. Highly recommend this as a stop for a few nights while visiting Montreal. Negative: Only real concern was the (beautiful) marble shower enclosure that was a bit slippery. Could have used more than two large towels for two people for three nights, and there were no wash cloths (only bath towels and floor mat). Place was spotless, and mattress had enclosure, which is always a plus. The crowd around the University was a little loud on Sat night, but with the windows closed, it didn't disturb sleep.

très bel appartement lumineux et proche de tout Positive: Très bel appartement , situé en plein centre et près du métro vers uquam . Effectivement on croise quelques sans abri mais pareil toute la ville je dirais, et je ne me suis jamais sentie en insécurité , pourtant nous étions 3 femmes ( mes 2 filles adolescentes et moi) .

Highly recommend for a week's stay!! Positive: Everything was perfect - location, apartment layout and its spaciousness, thoughtful practical decor, welcoming kitchen and bathroom ready for use, IGA located closeby in the next block for buying groceries and lovely hosts who are excellent communicators.

Very good value Positive: The room is really clean and renovated Confortable Negative: We have homeless and the block in general was not nice. Abandoned building in front and that was the view of the room .It was scaring to walk when it was dark and in general the neighborhood was not so nice.
